Lewis Barbecue to open in Ansley Mall in Piedmont Heights
Piedmont Heights is getting a new barbecue spot. Pitmaster John Lewis is planning to open Lewis Barbecue's first Atlanta location in summer of 2025.
The location will be located at Ansley Mall along the Atlanta BeltLine, according to a press release. This is the barbecue restaurant's third location, joining Charleston, SC and Greenville, SC.
Lewis Barbecue Atlanta will highlight Lewis' signature Central Texas-style barbecue, including his brisket recipe. The real estate company Selig Enterprises made the announcement of the new location, which is still in the early phases of design.
