2024 Tax Year forms now available at the Library
We currently have available the following forms for the 2024 tax year:
- 1040 (English and Español)
- 1040-SR (English and Español)
- 1040 and 1040-SR Instruction Booklets (English)
The forms are available on the third floor outside the public elevators on a white magazine rack.

You can obtain additional Forms and Instructions through:
- Forms and publications - to view and download.
- Order forms - to order tax products to be delivered by mail.

Tax Preparation Assistance
Our partner Foundation Communities will offer tax preparation services at the library for the 2024 tax season starting February 3rd, 2025 until April 15th, 2025.
APPOINTMENTS ONLY AT THIS LOCATION; WALK-INS NOT ACCEPTED.
