Moffitt Cancer Center Earns 2025 Press Ganey Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award

TAMPA, Fla. - Moffitt Cancer Center has once again been recognized by Press Ganey as a 2025 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award winner, underscoring its continued commitment to delivering exceptional, compassionate, patient-centered care.

Press Ganey, a global leader in health care experience solutions, presents the Human Experience Awards to hospitals and health systems that achieve the highest performance levels in patient experience, clinical quality, safety, workforce engagement and consumer experience.

This year, Moffitt received Guardian of Excellence Awards in two categories:

• Patient Experience: Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS)
• Patient Experience: Outpatient Services

These honors place Moffitt among the nation's top-performing organizations for patient experience, ranking in the top 5% of Press Ganey clients nationwide based on rigorous performance benchmarks.
