For the fifth year in a row, Jacobs has received a top score of 100 in the 2025 Disability Index, earning the title of "Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion" - recognizing the company's inclusion efforts across six countries: the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, India and the Philippines.
The Disability Index, an annual report from the nonprofit Disability: IN, rates inclusion practices at businesses around the world, evaluating companies across six key areas including culture and leadership, enterprise-wide access, employment practices, community engagement and inclusive supplier practices. More than 70 percent of Fortune 100 companies and nearly half of Fortune 500 companies use the index to make data-driven decisions to improve business practices.
