| (2) | The reporting person was granted an aggregate of 79,104 restricted stock units on March 28, 2022 and May 1, 2023, as reported on the Form 3 filed November 18, 2024. The units remain outstanding. No portion of the award has been settled. |
|
Remarks: This Amendment is being filed to correct the Form 4 filed August 25, 2026 (Accession No. 0001493152-26-040116), which reported the conversion of 32,964 restricted stock units into 32,964 shares of common stock on August 19, 2026. That transaction was reported in error. The conversion did not occur and no shares were issued. Table I and Table II of this Amendment report the securities beneficially owned following removal of the reported transaction, and no transaction is reported. |
