MercyOne is pleased to announce a new partnership with The Iowa Clinic that will expand access to high-quality cancer care in central Iowa.
As part of this collaboration, radiation oncologist Quentin Adams, MD, began providing radiation oncology services to patients at the MercyOne Clive Richard Deming Cancer - Radiation Oncology last week.
Building on the strong collaborative relationship that already exists between MercyOne and The Iowa Clinic, this partnership reflects a shared commitment to delivering exceptional, compassionate cancer care to the patients and communities we serve. The collaboration strengthens referral relationships with The Iowa Clinic, enhances access to radiation oncology services, and creates additional opportunities for patients to receive high-quality cancer care at the MercyOne Clive Richard Deming Cancer Center.
MercyOne's existing radiation oncology program, treatment processes, dedicated colleagues, and referral pathways remain unchanged.
"This partnership expands the expertise and resources available to our patients while maintaining the seamless, compassionate experience they have come to expect from MercyOne," said Kurt Andersen, MD, President of the MercyOne Medical Group. "It represents another important step in MercyOne's ongoing commitment to providing comprehensive, high-quality cancer services and improving the health of the communities we serve."
Together, MercyOne and The Iowa Clinic are strengthening access to advanced cancer care and building on a long-standing tradition of excellence in oncology services for patients throughout Iowa.
