Arrow Promotes Carla Langerhorst to Managing Director in Client and Product Solutions

Promotion reflects Arrow's continued momentum across the Americas, supported by strong demand in North America

London, 16 April 2025 - Arrow Global Group ("Arrow"), a leading pan-European investment manager in private credit and real estate, today announced that Carla Langerhorst has been promoted to Managing Director in the firm's Client and Product Solutions (CPS) team, effective immediately.

In her expanded role, Langerhorst will continue to play a senior role in Arrow's Americas client coverage and fundraising, deepening institutional relationships and supporting continued growth across the firm's opportunistic credit, lending and real estate strategies. Over the past year, she has been instrumental in expanding Arrow's institutional capital base in across the Americas, including North America, the largest market globally for private credit.

The promotion reflects Arrow's continued success broadening its institutional investor base across the region. The Americas now account for 28% of Arrow's investor base, up from 19% previously, supported by strong demand for its opportunistic credit, lending and real estate strategies.

Carla joined Arrow in 2023 as Director of Client and Product Solutions and is based in New York. At Arrow, she focuses on fundraising and broadening the firm's investor relationships in the Americas.

Prior to joining Arrow, she worked at Morgan Stanley, covering investors globally across private credit and real assets. Previously, Langerhorst was part of the Investor Relations and Business Development teams at Black Diamond Capital Management and AUA Private Equity Partners. She began her career as an attorney at the Office of the Attorney General in Brazil.
