Millwood Public Schools revamp marching band program with $116,000 gift from Paycom

OKLAHOMA CITY (Apr. 14, 2025) - Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) ("Paycom"), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $116,000 to the Millwood Enrichment Foundation as part of a two-year commitment to the school district. The donation will provide new instruments for the marching band.

"Performing arts is such a special way to teach students discipline and passion," said Dylan DiSalvatore, senior director of Paycom services. "Oklahoma's youth deserve the best programs to help them reach their educational aspirations, and Paycom is happy to help support local arts initiatives that foster their growth and creativity."

Paycom's donation will provide new woodwind instruments, helping the marching band transition to a concert band and enabling students to train in multiple instruments and music genres. The district's robotics team and gifted and talented program also received a part of the donation to fund competitions and advance their programming.

"With Paycom's generous donation to the Millwood band, we will be able to provide our students with new instruments that support their learning of additional genres," said Davaro Wilson, band director for Millwood Public Schools. "Transitioning to a concert band will elevate the overall musical acumen of our students."

Paycom previously donated to Millwood Public Schools in 2022 and 2023, which helped expand their marching band program.

"Paycom's donation allows us to support areas of special interest that can normally be hard to finance," said Cecilia Robinson-Woods, superintendent of Millwood Public Schools. "We are immensely grateful to Paycom for their continued support."

Paycom's philanthropic efforts help local and national causes, including youth programming, mental health treatment and programs for individuals with disabilities.
