Houston, TX (June 18, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will soon begin building one- and two-story single-family homes in the 2,000-acre master-planned community of Two Step Farm in Montgomery, TX. The builder is expected to open for sales in summer 2025.

Buyers will be able to select from seven floor plans with alley-load garages on 35-foot homesites, seven floor plans with alley-load garages on 42-foot homesites, and 12 floor plans with front-load garages on 50-foot homesites. Homes will range in size from approximately 1,375 to 3,100 square feet of living space with two to five bedrooms, two to five full baths and one to two half baths.

Two Step Farm will feature a community swimming pool, children's play area, trail network, goat farm, Farm Shop & Café featuring a community information center and a brewery, Two Step Hall event venue, The Co-Op community space featuring meeting, work and gathering spaces, and a Two Step Community Life Team to plan community events. Students within the community will attend highly regarded Montgomery ISD schools.
