MoDOT TRAFFIC ALERT: Expect Nighttime Lane Reductions and Ramp Closures at Various Locations

Where/When:

  • 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday - Friday, August 3-7 in Springfield
    • Battlefield Road and U.S. Route 65 Interchange
    • Southbound U.S. Route 65 ramp to westbound U.S. Route 60
    • National Avenue and U.S. Route 60 interchange
    • Kansas Expressway (Missouri Route 13) and U.S. Route 60 interchange
    • Eastbound U.S. Route 60 between Campbell Avenue and National Avenue
    • Eastbound U.S. Route 60 ramp to southbound National Avenue
  • 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday - Friday, August 10-14 in Springfield
    • North and southbound U.S. Route 65 between Valley Water Mill Road and Timbercrest Road
    • Westbound U.S. Route 60 ramp to northbound U.S. Route 65
    • Southbound U.S. Route 65 ramp to Battlefield Road
  • 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Wednesday, August 12 in Ozark
    • Christian County Route J at the U.S. Route 65 interchange

What: Contractor crews inspecting truss signs

Traffic Impacts:

  • Expect periodic lane reductions, ramp closures, and possible traffic delays where crews are working
  • Watch for crews and equipment working close to traffic
  • Signs will alert drivers approaching work zones
  • Drivers urged to find alternate routes
  • Check MoDOT's Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts

Weather and/or construction delays could alter the work schedule.
