Security Council Vote to Renew UN Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Central African Republic Mandate

The Security Council meets at 3 p.m. to vote on a draft resolution renewing the mandate of the UN Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) for another year, until 15 November 2026. Council members had before them the Secretary-General's latest report on the situation (document S/2025/638). The representative of the Central African Republic is expected to participate in the meeting.
