Important announcement regarding Electronic Proof of Claims (ePOC) programs

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Electronic Proof of Claims (ePOC) programs have been disabled as of September 30, 2026.
When the ePOC programs are re-enabled, we will send notice via the list service and website.
How to currently file a claim and or/ related events:
- Mail in to the court before proof of claim deadline
- File in person at our Chicago or Rockford offices (8:30am - 4:30pm)
- Persons without an attorney (creditor/debtor) may use Electronic Drop Box - https://www.ilnb.uscourts.gov/electronic-drop-box-edb
- Creditor/attorney - can become an e-filer pursuant to our existing training requirements - https://tdi.ilnb.uscourts.gov/training/
