The draft recommendations for Baden and North Pointe (PlanSTL Plan Area 3) have been shaped by extensive community engagement and outreach conducted over the past year.
"This neighborhood plan reflects the strength and commitment of Baden and North Pointe, where wonderful residents and neighbors, mission-driven community partners and dedicated City staff have come together to shape a shared vision for the future. Together, we are unlocking the untapped opportunities at the northern entrance to our great city and setting a clear, community-led path forward for investment, growth, and long-term success," said City Planning Executive Jonathan Roper.
The Baden and North Pointe draft neighborhood plan is available online, and a physical copy can be read at the Baden and Walnut Park libraries.
