02/23/2026 - Payers - you're invited! Training webinars for the RFA-2 electronic submission mandate
Subject Number 046-1800 , the electronic submission mandate for the Request for Further Action by Insurer/Employer (Form RFA-2) takes effect on March 20, 2026 . Th is movement to an electronic submission process is part of the Workers' Compensation Board's (Board) larger effort to reduce reliance on paper forms and streamline our processes. In preparation , the Board is hosting free training webinar s to ensure y ou're familiar with this new electronic submission process.

This will provide a brief overview of the transition, preview how the eForm will be completed , and showcase the simplicity of submitting Form RFA-2 in eCase . Board subject matter experts will be taking questions at the end of the webinar . |
