Marion County Utilities is rescinding the boil water notice for the Marion Oaks - Communities
For homes and businesses located in or on: SW 138th St Rd (5 addresses)
8220, 8247, 8273 SW 138th St Rd;
13905, 13921 SW 81st Terr
The "precautionary boil water notice" from: 4/13/2026 is hereby rescinded following the satisfactory completion of the bacteriological survey showing that the water is safe to drink.
