Baker McKenzie has acted as the legal counsel to SENASIC Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. ("SENASIC" or "The Company") on its successful global offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The transaction further positions Baker McKenzie among the leading law firms advising on Specialist Technology Company listings in Hong Kong's capital markets. SENASIC issued a total of 53,407,000 H Shares at an offer price of HKD 18.36 per share, raising approximately HKD 900 million. Shares (stock code: 6675) commenced trading today.
SENASIC is a leading global provider of wireless sensor system-on-chip (SoC) solutions, focused on the research and development of innovative sensor chips. The Company ranks as the third largest automotive wireless sensor SoC provider globally and the largest in China by revenue in 2025. Its product portfolio spans a wide range of sensing applications, including intelligent tire sensing, enabling the monitoring of tire pressure, temperature, load and blowout conditions.
