Hg joins the CyberFirst programme

Backed by the government's National Cyber Security Centre, the CyberFirst programme is designed to identify and nurture young people into a cybersecurity career.

CyberFirst inspires students from all backgrounds through a programme of opportunities to help them explore their passion for tech. Introducing them to the fast-paced world of cybersecurity in the hope that they will consider this path and making bursaries available to help them on their way.

Hg's tech and software focus, our strong cybersecurity team and our drive to foster the next generation of talent makes us a perfect part of CyberFirst's support network - the first member from the private equity world - so we are truly excited to be involved.

We are also proud to announce that, as part of the CyberFirst programme, we will be offering internships in our team in 2025, giving first-hand experience of combatting cyber-crime in the world of work and on the cutting edge of business technology.
