In this episode, TXOGA President Todd Staples and Shana Joyce, Vice President of Government and Regulatory Affairs, are joined by Representative Brad Buckley (R-Killeen), the Chairman of the House Public Education Committee. Todd and Shana discuss innovative programs and public partnerships by TXOGA member companies to help foster student interest in STEM education. In addition, Chairman Buckley explains Texas' public education system and highlights the work being done by his Committee and the Texas House to establish high quality teaching materials that ensure Texas students have not only what they need to learn, but to succeed in the classroom.
