Freedom Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: FRHC) today announced appointment of Valeriy Kim, former Vice President of Freedom Holding Corp. and CEO of Freedom Holding Operations LLP, a subsidiary of Freedom Holding Corp., as CFO of Freedom Holding Corp.
Mr. Kim will replace Evgeniy Ler who held the position of the company's CFO since 2015. Mr. Ler is expected to serve as a special advisor to Timur Turlov, CEO of Freedom Holding Corp., focusing on financing matters as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
