HARRISBURG, Pa. - The Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC) held its quarterly business meeting in Harrisburg, Pa. on March 12th, 2026. Among its actions, the Commission:

  • adopted updates to the Commission's Statement of Investment Policy;
  • approved a grant amendment with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation;
  • approved a grant agreement with the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation; and
  • acted on 16 regulatory program water projects, tabling one.

The voting Commissioners and alternates were Matthew Rowe, Assistant Director, Water and Science Administration, Maryland Department of the Environment; Jason Minnich, Program Manager, Interstate Water Resources Management Division, Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection; Lauren Townley, Chief, Water Assessment and Implementation Section, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation; and Amy Guise, Chief, Planning Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District.
