SUMMER SAFETY STARTS WITH YOU

Make the most of summer by keeping safety in mind. Keep a close eye on children around water and always swim with a buddy. Wear a life jacket when boating and never leave a grill unattended. If you're using fireworks, keep children at a safe distance, follow local laws, stay clear of people and buildings, and keep a bucket of water or hose nearby. A few simple precautions can help prevent accidents and keep summer fun for everyone.

LEAF IT OFF THE STREET

Leaves piling up in the street can clog storm drains, increase the risk of flooding, and harm local waterways as they break down. While street sweepers help, heavy leaf seasons slow operations, so proper disposal makes a big difference. Bag your leaves and take them to collection sites to keep streets clear and protect our environment.
