Guardian Pharmacy Services Expands Western Presence with Montana Acquisition

Guardian Pharmacy Services continues to strengthen its presence in the western U.S. through the acquisition of North Ridge Pharmacy, a long-term care (LTC) pharmacy in Missoula, Montana. This acquisition represents Guardian's first physical location in the state, reinforcing its strategic foothold in the West and enabling the company to better meet the growing demand for LTC pharmacy services across the region.

North Ridge Pharmacy, formerly owned by The Goodman Group, a Minnesota-based company that develops and manages senior living and health care properties, will now operate under the name Guardian Pharmacy of Montana. The pharmacy will continue to serve residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, and behavioral health communities. Existing leadership and pharmacy staff will remain in place.

This acquisition is more than a new location; it represents a deepening commitment to the West. Establishing a dedicated presence in Montana increases access to reliable long-term care pharmacy services and allows the company to deliver high-quality care to even more communities and residents throughout the Mountain West.
