Public, Written Comments Sought for Proposed FY 2026 Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan Changes

In accordance with federal law and regulation, the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is revising its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan.
The proposed revisions to the HCV Administrative Plan are available for review and comment from Friday, March 27, 2026, to Monday, April 27, 2026.
