Joanne joined Fathom as Senior Vice President of Finance in February 2021, bringing over 25 years of diverse finance experience across public and private sectors. During her tenure, Joanne has worked closely under the mentorship of CEO Marco Fregenal, collaborating on strategic planning and financial decision-making. This partnership has equipped her with invaluable insights and allowed her to develop a deep understanding of Fathom's financial strategy and operational goals.

Joanne's impressive background includes senior finance roles across various industries, from life sciences to manufacturing. She has played a pivotal role in initial public offerings (IPOs) and capital raises, showcasing her ability to drive financial success in organizations of all sizes. Before her time at Fathom, Joanne began her career in public accounting as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, where she quickly advanced to senior finance leadership positions. She holds a CPA license and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Fairfield University.
