National Night Out Brings Neighborhoods Together on Tuesday, Oct. 7

LITTLE ROCK - National Night Out, an annual event celebrating Little Rock's neighborhoods and the spirit of community, is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 7, at multiple locations across Arkansas's capital city. Residents from every part of Little Rock are encouraged to gather together for food, fellowship and fun.

Like last year, the City of Little Rock is hosting National Night Out 2025 at four sites so that residents from diverse neighborhoods can reconnect with each other, as well as engage with city departments and community organizations. National Night Out events promote positive interactions between residents, law enforcement officers and city officials.

"National Night Out is a celebration of our residents, neighborhoods, and everything that makes Little Rock the best place to live, work, and play," Mayor Frank Scott, Jr. said. "It is an opportunity to come together to see old friends and make new ones as we strengthen our communities."

Events are from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday. There will be food, games and door prizes at each of the four City-managed locations. The City is also partnering with other neighborhood groups hosting their own National Night Out programming.

• MacArthur Park, 1000 McMath Drive
• War Memorial Park (near the Fair Park/Zoo Drive roundabout)
• Southwest Community Center, 6401 Baseline Road
• West Central Community Center, 8616 Colonel Glenn Road
