Bank Millennium the most mobile bank 2024

Bank Millennium won the Mobile Bank ranking. The list of the cashless.pl website presents banks that best respond to the requirements of modern customers who prefer to use financial services via mobile devices.

The authors emphasise that there has never been such a ranking of banks on the Polish market before. The editors wanted to comprehensively assess the services of banks in terms of their adaptation to the needs of modern customers, who more and more often rely on "banking" via smartphones. The banks' evaluation criteria were consulted with the creators of the best financial applications on the Polish market. Cashless has constructed a set of indicators which are to show how much mobile banking matters across the entire scale of operations of the retail segment of individual institutions. The questionnaires were sent to the largest banks operating on our market. In the end, 10 banks were included in the list.

From technological innovation, banking applications have reached a place where for many customers they are simply the bank today. Our mobile applications are highly rated in rankings, but also by customers in online stores. All the bank's departments work every day to maintain this high position. We know that working on quality never ends. Our goal is invariably to make every customer feel special - says Halina Karpińska, Directress of the Electronic Banking Department at Bank Millennium. "Mobility" is becoming the Holy Grail of banking, at least in the retail version. From the perspective of banks, it is a magnet for customers. Access to the offer 24 hours a day (excluding shorter or longer breaks for system maintenance or resulting from failures), the ability to immediately make a transfer, set up a deposit, take out a loan, and more and more often also buy additional services in the banking app - all this is to make customers eager to open accounts, and to put it a bit more simply - to download banking apps and log in to them. Another thing is that new generations of customers entering the market are sometimes even more familiar with the virtual world than with the "real world". If banks want to follow their customers, they have no choice but to "virtualise"," wrote the organisers of the list*.
