Dear Colleagues,
The DOME Seminar Committee invites you to join us over Zoom this Thursday, Dec. 11 as we welcome our speaker, Dr. Devin Scott. With course review season coming upon us, we know the persistent request for "more practice questions" is prevalent in many assessments despite continuous additions. Dr. Scott has conducted research with members of our faculty in understanding the mindset of how our students use practice questions and the measures we can take to appease their seemingly insatiable appetite for effective formative assessment. As the semester comes to an end, we thank you again for all the work you have done in taking care of our students. We look forward to seeing you next week and hearing you partake in this interactive session. As always, this session will be recorded for those that are unable to attend. Link and further details below.
The Department of Medical Education will host its next seminar on Thursday, Dec. 11 at Noon (Central)/1 p.m. (Eastern)
