Dechert advised Cheyne Capital on the financing to an investment vehicle managed by LeadCrest Capital Partners for the sale-and-leaseback acquisition of a portfolio of 13 nursing homes (EHPADs) located in France, for a total consideration of €120 million.
The Dechert team that advised Cheyne Capital included, for the financing aspects, partner Privat Vigand with associates Chloé Lebret and Julie Lecomte in Paris; partner Laura Rossi and associate Thomas Tomasic in Luxembourg; and partners Richard Pugh and Karen Stretch, with associate Mohib Nadeem in London. The tax and funds aspects were handled in Paris by partners Sabina Comis and Cyril Fiat with associate Etienne Bimbeau.
