Campbell Law Career Center welcomes Faith McCall, Tara Henderlite

RALEIGH - Campbell Law School's Career Center welcomed Faith McCall and Tara Henderlite to the team in August, Assistant Dean of Career and Professional Development Mallory Underwood has announced.

"We are thrilled to welcome Faith and Tara to our Career Services team," Underwood said. "Each brings valuable experience, fresh perspectives and a strong commitment to student service. We look forward to the positive impact they will have on our team and our ability to serve the broader law school and legal communities."

McCall serves as the Recruiting and Career Services Manager and Henderlite serves as Administrative and Office Coordinator.

In her new role, McCall serves as the direct point of contact between the office and employers for the Career Center's On-Campus Interview (OCI) program and other recruiting programs throughout the year.

Henderlite oversees the office's day-to-day operations and helps support students through the career-planning process.

McCall is a seasoned Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting both higher education and corporate organizations. She previously held the role of Human Resources Specialist at Campbell University for five years. In that role, she managed recruitment operations, applicant tracking systems, position requisitions, onboarding processes and Workers' Compensation administration, contributing to efficient and compliant HR practices. A native of Apex, McCall earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from Campbell University in 2022. She also completed additional coursework in accounting at Wake Technical Community College.

With more than 20 years of experience in client relations, project management and administrative coordination, Henderlite brings a strong foundation in managing details while keeping people at the center of her work. Her experience spans the nonprofit, marketing and healthcare fields, giving her a well-rounded perspective on organization, communication and a people-first approach to getting things done. Henderlite earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and media from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
