Jersey Road Northwest Closing Oct. 11 for Roadway Repair and Resurfacing Work

Bartow, Fla. (Oct. 9, 2026) - A portion of Jersey Road Northwest in Winter Haven is scheduled to close at 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 11 for roadway repair and resurfacing work.
Jersey Road Northwest will be closed between Maple Drive and Havendale Boulevard Northwest until roadway repair and resurfacing work is completed. The roadway is expected to reopen at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 14.
Traffic will be detoured on Havendale Boulevard Northwest, Charlotte Road and Derby Avenue East. Residents are asked to plan alternative routes as needed.
The closure is part of a Surface King Development project.
