Why It Matters
Metro Action's Head Start program consistently exceeds the national quality threshold in emotional support and classroom observation. It is nationally recognized for its strong practices in mental health, social-emotional development, safe and sanitary environments, and family partnerships-ensuring children thrive in a holistic learning environment.
Beyond early education, the CompTIA A+ certification equips graduates for high-wage technology careers, driving economic mobility. Likewise, earning a high school equivalency diploma lays the foundation for post-secondary education and long-term career advancement. Together, these achievements strengthen Nashville's workforce and improve opportunities for families across our community.
The event will also be live streamed on the Metro Nashville Network.
