SAN DIEGO, May 1, 2026 - JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has arranged $15 million in acquisition financing for 640 Massman Drive, a 169,855-square-foot industrial distribution and warehouse facility located in Nashville's Airport submarket.
JLL worked on behalf of the borrower, Stos Partners, to secure a fixed-rate loan through a life insurance company.
The single-tenant property at 640 Massman Drive was originally constructed in 1970 and has undergone significant capital improvements by the current ownership. The facility features modern amenities including 16 dock doors, one oversized drive-in door, 281 parking spaces, 6,000 amps of electrical service, wet sprinkler protection and new LED lighting throughout. The property offers flexible configurations with clear heights ranging from 20 to 38 feet and is currently fully leased through May 2032. Additional value-add features include the ability for outside storage on an adjacent 2.5-acre parcel and office space that can be built to suit tenant specifications.
The property sits strategically positioned 4.3 miles from Nashville International Airport and 5.8 miles from downtown Nashville, offering exceptional access to major transportation corridors serving the greater Nashville metropolitan area.
