Domestic in the town of Fowler leads to arrest

On November 7, 2024, State Police members arrested Pamela S. Dean, age 48, of Gouverneur, NY, for criminal mischief.

On November 7, 2024, at approximately 7:59 p.m., State Police members responded to County Route 22 in the town of Fowler for a physical domestic complaint. An investigation determined Dean and the victim were involved in a verbal argument, which led to physical when Dean started striking the victim in the face with a closed fist and kicking the victim in the shin.

Dean then later started breaking pipes in the laundry room, causing damage, and water started to flood the room.

Dean was arrested and transported to SP Gouverneur for processing. She was arraigned in the Town of Fowler Court and released on her own recognizance.
