We inform you that the temporary suspension for the shares of the issuer Šipad Komerc d.d. Sarajevo (symbol: SPKMR),has been lifted, since the issuer has fulfilled the prescribed conditions, i.e. submitted the Annual Business Report for 2025 in the form and in the manner prescribed by the Securities Market Act (Official Gazette of FBiH 85/08, 109/12, 86/15 and 25/17).
Shares of this issuer will be available for trading from April 9, 2026.
