Throughout the spring 2025 semester, Pittsburgh Action Against Rape will resume its office hours on the University of Pittsburgh campus.
PAAR staff can connect you to advocacy, counseling services and support groups; offer advice on supporting survivors; and inform you of your rights related to reporting and anonymous reporting. The services are free and confidential.
The hours will be held 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m. on Wednesdays, in the Prevention at Pitt space on the 31st floor of the Cathedral of Learning. Anyone in the Pitt community can attend, including students, faculty and staff.
Beyond these office hours, Pitt's Office of Civil Rights and Title IX is available to respond to and address reports of harassment and discrimination. Their website has information about sexual misconduct policies and bias incident reporting. PAAR also has a 24/7 help line: call or text 1-866-END-RAPE (363-7273).
If you are in an emergency situation on the Pittsburgh campus, call Pitt Police at 1-412-624-2121, or call 911.
