The message reads, in part:
"Today, the Russia National Centre once again brings together scientists, experts, business leaders, public figures, and young people from our country and many others around the world. You are set to continue an open and creative discussion on what the world will look like following global transformations, and how cities, technology, science and culture will evolve in the coming decades. The conclusions and results of such a profound and meaningful dialogue are of great value: they help make informed and well-grounded decisions, respond promptly to new challenges and set ambitious goals that reach far into the future.
I am convinced that we must shape our future ourselves, guided by a sovereign worldview and driven by tireless, bold and innovative exploration, drawing on the outstanding achievements of our ancestors and the historical, spiritual and patriotic traditions passed down through generations. It is therefore gratifying that this year's forum agenda gives priority to youth initiatives. It is vital that young people see clear prospects for development and find opportunities to fulfil their potential in science and the arts, in sport and entrepreneurship, and through volunteer projects. Then even the most daring dreams are sure to come true."
