PBI Announces Temporary Closure of Airport Exit to Australian Avenue

West Palm Beach, FL ( Dec. 16, 2025) - Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) advises passengers, airport employees, and the traveling public that the James L. Turnage exit from the airport onto Australian Avenue is closed for scheduled repairs from Dec. 15, 2025 through Jan. 16, 2026.

During this closure, drivers are encouraged to use the airport exits via Belvedere Road at Congress Avenue or Belvedere Road at N. Florida Mango Road as alternate routes. All other airport roadways will remain open and accessible. The northbound and southbound I-95 exits from the airport will remain open.

Following completion of this phase of work, the entrance from Australian Avenue is expected to close for a similar duration. Details regarding the entrance closure will be announced at a later date.
