The City has project and construction updates to share with the community.

Domenigoni Parkway - Underground Utility Work

Banner Park II continues work on underground utilities on Domenigoni Parkway. Traffic control will be in place and motorist should expect delays during the week through the end of March.

Rouse Road from Encanto Drive to Myles Court - Road Closure

Lennar Development will be closing Rouse Road from Encanto Drive. Myles Court is now open with intermittent traffic control as construction work continues in that area. This work will continue through the end of March.

Goetz Road and Thornton Avenue - Cimarron Ridge Development Project

The intersection of Goetz Road at Thornton Avenue is now open. Thornton Avenue between Goetz Road and White Quartz will be closed through the middle of April while work is being conducted. Traffic control and detours will be in place while work is completed.
