Bettendorf Dog Park Alliance Bringing Back Annual Doggy Splash on Labor Day August 26, 2025 - The Bettendorf Dog Park Alliance - partners of the Bettendorf Parks & Recreation Department and endorsed by the City of Bettendorf - is excited to announce the return of Doggy Splash!On Labor Day, Monday, September 1, from 5:30-6:30 p.m., the YMCA Water Park at The Landing will host this popular event, which was last held in 2022 at the old Splash Landing. Doggy Splash is a fundraiser for Crow Creek Dog Park (4800 Devils Glen Road).RULES: All breeds and pedigrees are invited and are required to be current on their required vaccinations. Dogs will swim together regardless of their weight and can use the diving board and any small toys or balls if they are used safely. When not in the pool area, all dogs are expected to be on a leash (no prong collars are allowed). All owners must be at least 16 years old. Owners will not be allowed to swim or wade in the pool water unless it is necessary to remove their dog. Registration is $10 per dog, which can be paid online until 12 p.m. on Friday, August 29. You can also pay $10 cash or card at the entrance to the water park on Monday, September 1.
