CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00019087 de 08 de septiembre de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía LIDENAR S.A. cuya oferta pública de la PRIMERA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE LARGO PLAZO fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2022-00003189 del 21 de abril del 2022 por el monto de hasta U$2'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
