On Wednesday evening, Dublin Boulevard reopened between Fieler Drive and Issaquah Drive following a three-month closure. The Dublin Boulevard Improvement project improves safety, mobility, and connectivity for all users while supporting the community's long-term transportation needs.
Originally scheduled for completion in fall 2026, the project is now expected to be finished by spring. The accelerated timeline is primarily due to the road closure which shortened the construction schedule by more than four months.
Phased construction continues between Mustang Rim Drive and Marksheffel Road. Drivers should expect traffic shifts and lane closures on Dublin Boulevard this fall.
Finishing work is underway between Fieler Drive and Mustang Rim Drive, including completing new sidewalks. Pedestrians will encounter sidewalk closures and detours. The final layer of asphalt and permanent lane striping will be placed on Dublin Boulevard after road work is complete east of Issaquah Drive.
The following accomplishments were achieved during the full closure:
With Dublin Boulevard now open, Issaquah Drive north of Dublin Boulevard is closed for approximately three weeks for trench and road work. Mustang Rim Drive is open at Dublin Boulevard, providing direct access to the Renaissance at Indigo Ranch community and serving as an alternate route to nearby businesses if primary access is missed. Issaquah Drive south of Dublin Boulevard is not impacted by this work.
