Preview SIUE Events Return Feb. 21 and March 28

It's time for prospective students and their guests to experience life as a Cougar this spring at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Two Preview SIUE events, slated for Saturday, Feb. 21, and Saturday, March 28, give students the opportunity to see everything the University has to offer.

Designed for high school and transfer students, Preview SIUE events bring the University experience to life through academic program exploration, faculty and student engagement, and a first-hand look at campus culture and support services that exist to help students succeed.

"Preview SIUE events are a great way to explore majors, meet the people who make our community special, and get a feel for campus life," said Alicia Taylor, associate director of admissions in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. "It's our pleasure to welcome all prospective students and their guests to SIUE to learn more about life as a Cougar."

Preview SIUE features a full-day lineup beginning with a warm University welcome and student-led panel, followed by informational breakout sessions on topics such as financial aid, housing, transferring credit to SIUE, and programming like Orientation and the John Martinson Honors Program. Attendees can then customize their Preview SIUE itinerary with campus and residence hall tours, an academic program fair, and academic sessions and department tours.
