On 23 April 2026, H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, had a discussion with Air Chief Marshal Seksan Kantha, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Air Force.
Both sides discussed ways to enhance defence cooperation through diplomatic mechanisms and strategic partnership frameworks that Thailand established with other countries. They also discussed potential approaches to implement the offset policy from defence procurement in order to integrate collaboration from all sectors based on mutual and tangible benefits.
