Firefly Park, Frisco - Breaking Ground on a Vision
In April 2024, Wilks Development broke ground on Firefly Park, a 217-acre, mixed-use urban village set to redefine the heart of Frisco. Marking the beginning of:

• 3 million SF of Class-A office space

• 400,000 SF of retail, dining, and entertainment

• 1,200 hotel rooms and nearly 2,500 residences, including townhomes and mid- to high-rise apartments

• A 45-acre central park with trails, lakes, an amphitheater, wedding chapel, public art, and more
