Loychik Offers Condolences, Resources to Help Comp Dairy Farm

COLUMBUS- State Representative Mike Loychik (R-Bazetta) today made the following statement in response to the Comp Dairy Farm fire:

"My condolences go out to the Comp family, who recently had a fire on Sunday that destroyed the farm's milking parlor and heavily damaged other buildings on the property.

I applaud the community's efforts, truck drivers, farmers, workers, and volunteers who have stepped up in the last few days to help find temporary accommodations for more than 1,000 dairy cows while the Comp family repairs their facility. Your efforts are truly commendable and appreciated.

My office, my colleague Representative Fowler Arthur's office, and other state and federal partners are monitoring this situation closely and exploring all options at this time.
