Road Closure/Lane Closure Notification
The Contractor for FPL; Pike construction will be performing Utility construction.
They have will have channelizing devices accordingly for Lane Detour/ shift operations.
The road/ lane closure will be at the following Location date and time:
1) Greenacre Drive SE between Malabar Rd SE & 400ft of Waterman Lane SE
2) Cownie Ave SE between Malabar Rd SE & Main Street SE
3) Bamboo Ave SE between Malabar Rd SE & Consumer St SE
4) Lehigh Ave between Malabar Rd SE & Consumer St SE
5) Meadow Ave SE Chateau St SE & Consumer St SE
6) Flint Ave SE between Chateau St SE & Malabar Rd SE
7) Irvine Ave SE between Consumer St SE & Chateau St SE
8) Cascade Ave SE between Consumer St SE & Malabar Rd SE
9) Camel Ave SE between Consumer St SE & August St SE
10) Malabar Rd SE between Grouper Circle SE & Cascade Ave SE
11) Waterman Lane SE between 500ft w/o Greenacre Drive & Cownie Ave SE
12) Chateau St SE between Meadow Ave SE & Irvine Ave SE
13) Consumer St SE between Cownie Ave SE & Emerson Drive SE
14) August St SE between Cownie Ave SE & Emerson Drive SE
03/02/2026 to 06/05/2026 Arterial Roads Times: 9:30AM to 4PM, Local Rd Traffic Times:7am to 7pm
The work will require temporary road/ lane closure.
Please use caution in these areas and plan your travels accordingly.
