CFB Wins Best Places to Work Award

Apr 25, 2025

CFB earns 1st place in DBJ's Best Places to work awards for second consecutive year. This is the eighth year of being recognized.

Colorado Farm Bureau (CFB) earned first place in the Denver Business Journal's Best Places to Work in Denver in the small business category. This is the eighth consecutive year that the Farm Bureau has received this distinguished honor, second ranked as number one.

Taylor Szilagyi, Executive Vice President at Colorado Farm Bureau, said, "This team genuinely cares about one another, which results in hard work and better results, and I am so thrilled that other organizations are able to see that and recognize us for it. I am grateful to lead a team of people who strive for excellence in everything, while also making CFB a great place to work."

Denver Business Journal receives nominations for organizations at the beginning of each year in the following categories: small (10-20 employees), medium (21-49 employees), large (50-149 employees), X-large (150-399 employees), and giant (400+ employees).

Once companies are nominated, a survey from Quantum Workplace is sent to all employees to anonymously share their thoughts about the company's culture, compensation, benefits, and more. Responses are then compiled and ranked by Quantum based on their overall scores and announced at the Best Places to Work awards celebration.

Colorado Farm Bureau has a long history of being a grassroots organization. CFB is a collective group of members from multiple industries and exists to promote, protect, and enhance agriculture and rural communities. To learn more about the organization, visit coloradofarmbureau.com.
