Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2026-1000-0111 As-Needed Tree Seedling Planting Services

PURPOSE: The Department of Natural Resources; Division of Forestry & Fire Protection is soliciting bids for a contractor to provide as-needed tree seedling planting services on State land where existing timber has been removed by harvest, wildfire, insects, disease, etc. The State does not guarantee a minimum or maximum number of services to be provided or dollar amount to be spent under any contract resulting from this ITB. A more detailed description can be found in Scope of Work.ADA: The State of Alaska complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a bid should contact the DNR Procurement Section via; email to [email protected]; telephone at 1 (907) 269-8687; or TTY at 711 (Alaska Relay) not later than 10 calendar days prior to the bid closing date to make necessary arrangements.IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you receive this solicitation from the State's Online Public Notice website you must register with the DNR Procurement Section to receive subsequent addendums. Registration must be in writing and may be made via email to [email protected]. Failure to register with the DNR Procurement Section may result in rejection of your bid.
