Chinese Ambassador to Somalia Wang Yu Meets with Prime Minister of Somalia Hamza Abdi Barre
On September 17, H.E. Wang Yu, Chinese Ambassador to Somalia, met with H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, Prime Minister of Somalia, and exchanged views on deepening China-Somalia relations.
Ambassador Wang congratulated Prime Minister Barre on his successful visit to China and attendance of the 7th China-Arab States Expo, expressing China's readiness to work closely with Somalia to jointly promote greater development of the bilateral relations.
Prime Minister Barre expressed appreciation to the Chinese side for his pleasant trip to China and applauded the remarkable achievements and great prospects of the Chinese modernization. The Prime Minister also underlined his strong commitment to strengthening exchanges and cooperation with China in various fields and harvesting more fruits for the mutually beneficial cooperation between Somalia and China.
