We're delighted to share that evaluagent has been once again been recognised in the CMP Prism for Automated QA/QM as one of the most progressive platforms in the automated quality management market.

About the CMP Prism

The CMP Prism is CMP's independent, analyst-led evaluation of customer contact technology. This edition, published at CCW Nashville on 8 October, assessed eighteen automated QA/QM providers across ten investment criteria, drawing on analyst analysis, user feedback and marketplace data.

Built on heritage, driven by investment

This recognition reflects two things. The first is our heritage in contact centre quality, which shapes everything we build - it's why we're also recognised as one of the Top 25 Customer Service platforms by G2. The second is the investment we've made in the product, which we've stepped up over the last 12 months.

In that time we've launched Context Engine, extended AutoQM to AI agents so every human and AI conversation is held to the same standard, and made it far simpler for teams to build and fine-tune automated scorecards.
